  1. I recently installed Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 (21H2) on my system. AIDA64 detects it as Windows 10 Professional. See attached screenshots for details.
  2. Just adding to this myself. I had two drives in a dynamic mirror that were readable by AIDA64. But after changing it to a Storage Space I can no longer see the SMART data for them. CrystalDiskInfo can still see them so it is possible.
  3. Quick update, disabling low level SMBus operations allows me to access the sensors without issue.
  4. Hi guys, I recently got a new HP ZBook 15 G5 but AIDA64 seems to cause a few issues with it. The SPD page shows blank and if I attempt to open the Sensor page, it sits on Detecting and never stops. At this time, programs start getting unresponsive and I need to reboot the laptop to get it back to normal. I tried to create a full SMBus dump. It took over 6 minutes to generate but didn't return much as you can see in the attached file. smbusdump_full.txt
  5. Apologies for the delay! Must really check here more often. Works perfectly here now. Thanks for your assistance.
  6. By the way, here's another dump from the same system if I change the driver to the USB Mass Storage Device (usbstor) driver. raiddump.txt smartdump.txt
  7. Apologies for the delay, wasn't following the topic, oops! RAID dump and SMART dump attached from a Windows Server 2012 R2 box, but my desktop PC running Windows 8.1 experiences the same behaviour. The drive is a 2TB Seagate Expansion Desktop drive. The drive inside the chassis is a Seagate ST2000DM001-1E6164 (W1E4DXG1). raiddump.txt smartdump.txt
  8. I see that AIDA64 doesn't display the SMART data of my external hard disk when I'm using it on my Windows 8.1 machine, but it does on Windows 7. Windows 8 is using the USB Attached SCSI (UAS) driver while Windows 7 uses the standard USBSTOR driver. If I force the disk to use the USBSTOR driver on Windows 8, the SMART data appears normally. Does the UAS driver simply prevent SMART from working?
  9. I know I'm not the OP but I'll give some feedback anyway. This works fine on my Toshiba Satellite P50t - the Nvidia GPU is always detected now, whether I have a 3D application open or not.
  10. I have a new Toshiba Satellite P50t-A and I've noticed that when I run AIDA64 on it, if I click the Motherboard or SPD tabs, the touchpad locks up completely. If I reboot, it comes back, but it is then detected in the Synaptics control panel as a PS/2 touchpad rather than an SMBus touchpad. When I power off completely and power back on, it then detects it as an SMBus touchpad again. Not sure if it's related but I noticed that more often than not it doesn't detect the memory modules on the SPD page. It does sometimes, but generally not. BIOS version is 1.40. Toshiba only list 1.30 on their website for this model so it seems I have a newer version. Any idea why this could be happening? Core i7 4700MQ, 12GB DDR3, NVIDIA GT740M, Windows 8.1 Pro x64
  11. Have you tried running AIDA64 while an application which uses the GPU is open? My Toshiba laptop doesn't show my NVIDIA GPU in AIDA64 unless I open it while the GPU is active, such as in a game or in the NVIDIA Control Panel. Could be the same for AMD.
