Hi, first here is my system CPU : AMD FX-8350 @ 4.2ghz Motherboard : ASUS M5A99FX Pro R2.0 GPU : MSI R9 280x Gaming edition 3GB RAM : ADATA XPG 2x8gb @ 1600mhz PSU : Corsair AX850 I've seen these spikes in the clock graph during FPU testing (currently working on an overclock). The cpu usage isn't dropping so it doesn't look like it's throttling. These spikes are quite random as far as I can see. CPU, NB and HT link are dropping all at the same time. What does these spikes mean? (see screenshot below)
