that would be great because after it runs out of system resources, the timer and various other stuff stops logging

never mind. i saw the 'out of system resources' regardless if task manager is on or off.

note: i re-ran aida64 with the task manager closed this time and so far i don't see that error message. (my previous post had task manager running) i will let it run overnight and i'll see the result, but i think ALL programs have to be closed, including task manager.

i too get the same error. after this message, AIDA64 does not update the CPU load percentage, but temps are continuously updated. (windows 10, aida64 latest version as of 10/1/15, i7 5690)
