  1. Hello, SPD section for memory is showing that I have 8 RAM stick (all my slot with a RAM stick), but I have only 4 x4GB RAM (4 sticks) : My rig : Motherboard ASUS X99-Deluxe II (BIOS 0801) CPU Intel Corei7-5930K@4,6GHz RAM G.SKILL Ripjaws DDR4-3000 4x4BG=16GB @ 3200MHz (F4-3000C15Q-16GRR) GPU ASUS GTX TITAN X OS Windows 10 Professional 64 bits
  2. Ok, here is a screenshot after 1 minute of OCCT : CPU is 62°C CPU Package is 78C !!! Core temps are aceptable (Room temperature = 26°C) Should I worry ? what is max value ?
  3. Hello, thank yoiu. You mean it is Tcase ? On HWInfo forum, it is explained that CPU Package is a 256 ms average of the hottest sensor in the CPU - so the max among all IA Cores, iGPU, Uncore, etc. And they say it is not Tcase. So also what is "Processur" value ? I have used Intel Extreme tuning Utility and they have also a "CPU Package" parameter which is 5°C below your value. I don't underdstand how I can have core max temp under load at 75°C and Tcase at 80°C.... Tcase should be worst case = Tcore max....
  4. Hello, here is my rig : ASUS X99-Deluxe II i7-5930K @ Core=4.5GHz / Cache = 4.5GHz @ Vccin=1.8V / Vcore=1.17V / Vcache = 1.2V RAM G.SKILL @ 3200MHz @ 1.35V Here is a screenshot at idle : What is CPU Package ? Why is it so high versus Core temps ? Is this an issue ? EIST and C-States are enabled Thank you
  5. So it is a motherboard issue ? why soft Speccy is able to read the fourth modules?
  6. 7. Thanks fro this swift answser. Beta version doesn't help. I don't understand how to create your sensor debug. I don't see the option. Where exactly do I have to right click ? Screenshots would help Thank you.
  8. Hi, I have 4 modules of Kingston HyperX Savage 4x4GB 2800MHz CL14 : ref KHX2800C14D4/4GX Windows detects 16GB All 4 modules are detected by BIOS Even Speccy software detects the 4 modules. But Aida64 doesn't : This picture is taken from SPD part of the software : you see 3 modules instead of 4 : Spec : MSI X99S GAMING 7 (Bios H.A0) HyperX Savage 16GB=4x4GB 2800MHz CL14 : ref KHX2800C14D4/4GX : timings : 12-12-13-36-220, CR=1T Intel Core i7-5930K ASUS GTX TITAN X Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Any idea ? Thank you.
