Whenever I try to install something on via remote control in AIDA Business version, I have this problem where the mouse freezes when UAC-message box appears (the mouse turns into the hour glass). Is there a way for AIDA remote control even if UAC appears? I would rather not disable UAC. Thanks in advance.

I went for your second option and tested it for several days, worked like a charm. The license count in "Help-->About" doesn't count down, or is it suppose to? Thanks and thanks again for the quick reply.

Hello! I have the 1.70.1400 stable version of the business package. I'm in an office with 50 other computers which has AIDA executed through group policy in active directory; I have actually a batch script which copies the direct-executable package (the .zip one) locally in each computer and then executed every login in silent mode. Now the problem is the licensing, do I have to manually go through each computer to enter the license? (This is a problem, because of the number of computers) Thanks in advance.

I have the same problem. When remote monitor a computer, I right click on the computer I want to send the message to, send the message, the computer recives the message. When the montiored computer clicks on reply button, the message windows closes and no other (reply) window appears. I use the current stable business version (licensed).

Please consider this as a new feature. It would really be nice to see this in the next version.

I have quite a few computers with multiple screens (up to three screens). One of the computers has the resolution 1280x1024 with two displays attached.

Is there a way to remote control a computer that uses multiple screens (as in extended desktop)? I have the business client. Thanks in advance.
