Do you have a reference list of sensor readings for your motherboard?  Maybe via a software made by Lenovo, or from the BIOS Setup?

Unfortunately, the bios has no sensor readings and Lenovo do not provide any software for this. I've attached a copy of aida64 sensor readout if this helps. I'm pretty sure the motherboard temp is incorrect as it seems to go up quickly with cpu stress testing. I think the cpu temp should be motherboard and vice versa.

We've added the missing thermal readings in the latest beta version of AIDA64 Extreme available at:

After upgrading to this new version, make sure to restart Windows to finalize the upgrade.

Thanks Fiery for sorting that out, much appreciated. What  isaida64.thumb.jpg.6f7507ce2dc461dc122243ad478b7762.jpg Temperature #1 and Temperature #2 reporting? I don't think I have those sensors on my motherboard.

  3. Thank you Fiery for attending to my query so promptly. What is Aux and PCI-E reporting? As you can see from the screenshot, the Aux and PCI-E temperatures of AIDA64 are absent in Gigabyte SIV. The rest of the readings seem okay. I don't think my board has PCI-E and Aux temperature sensors. I hope not because those temperatures are worryingly high. According to Gigabyte, my motherboard is only supposed to have 4 temperature sensors but when I blow a hairdryer over my motherboard, the Aux and PCI-E temperatures start to climb. This suggests to me that these sensors are actually present and the readings are valid. Please tell me I'm wrong.
