Hi. I just bought AIDA64 Extreme to test my external HDD since I recently have some problems with this HDD. I used the Disk Benchmark in the tools section and ran a read suite on it. However, after several seconds the GUI freezes and now I can't see the GUI of the Disk Benchmark tool. There is just an icon on my taskbar and it doeesn't show up when I click on it. I'm using the latest stable version. Thanks.
