AIDA64 Team Please help.

Hi Guys, I have issue on AIDA64 software no idea how to solved temperatature won't show CPU, GC temperature only show HDD temperature. My mainboard is Gigabyte X570S Aorus Pro AX (Rev 1.1). Now is using AMD Agesa V1.2.0.7 latest bios.
