  1. thats strange because i monitor my tempratures and none were close to the max limit. hotest was the cpu witch was 72c i no ivy bridge gets hot but that was still within safe limits. can it be over voltage on a component like powersupply or somthing? if so what do i need to look for. i use hardware monitor and asus thermal monitor
  2. i tryd runing the stress test again this time at 4.3 with 1.12 cpu volts. during the test i started gettin graphicl artifacts on my screen my computer became very slow but still responding.my cpu max temp during the test that was reached was around 72 c about 25 mins in and The test lasted for aproximetly 2 hours and 18 mins but insted of a crash my computer just turnd of and i could not turn it on again at first.Tryd switch of power supply waiting a few seconds then turnd it back on again and my pc turnd on again. I understand that this faild but considering the other time i tryd the test at 1.105volts and crashed at 25 mins must meen that im not to far of from finding a stable voltage right? but why did my pc turn of sundly like that..can u tell me what that could meen and if the artifacts on screen is normal when runnign this test. thanks

Hello im tryng to overclock my system and iv herd aida64 is the recomended software to stress test it.however im not sure how long to run it for or what to look for besids tempratures...i tryd the trial and loaded the stress test with all things checked but i got an error message about 4 mins in and my temps were at 71c at max load in Hardware monitor :S i dunno if this is normal or not and wold like some friendly advise.. im using an H100 for my cooler. thanks
