Can't seem to get AIDA64 running on 3.5in IPS Display?

I've installed libusb0 v1.2.6.0 via Zadig and getting Error: USB device not found. I've also tried installing the recommended Samsung_Spf file via device manager but get "not a compatable software driver for device" Device here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B09ZRST611/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 AIDA64 Version 6.75.6100 Thanks in advance for any help
