If anyone comes across this i figured out my issue. In the game settings MWIII i had V-Sync turned on. this was making my secondary screen disappear while in game. Once i turned it off everything is working again.

Need to bump this as i now have the same issue. I tried moving the monitor to left side in the Nvidia control panel and that did not work. I have a ELECROW 5 inch Monitor that was purchase off Amazon. I had this working for the past 2 years until recently. I am not sure what has changed to cause this issue. Any thoughts on what else i can do to make it work? Thanks in advance. I have a Evga Geforce RTX 3070TI, AMD 5600X, 16 g ram running Wins 11. Thanks
