    Hi! I have tried so much to fix the problem with my CPU but it only runs at 0,80 Ghz.With the Stresstest it runs between 0,80 to 1,60 Ghz. Energy Savings are off and in the bios i cant change anything on the CPU Can somebody help me out ?
