I have this same problem now and DIMM thermal sensor support is enabled. Until a recent update, launching HWiNFO64 would somehow allow AIDA64 to display DIMM temperatures. Closing HWiNFO64 would cause the sensors to disappear again in AIDA64, but now that does not work. I care because I show that in my Sensor Panel and now it is broken. The problem is present on both of my desktops exactly the same. Both are DDR5 systems. One is ASUS and the other EVGA. The issue only affects AIDA64. It does not affect HWiNFO64, but the temperature sensor readings randomly disappear and reappear in HWiNFO64. It affects Extreme and Engineer, but the problem was noted first in Engineer version. I stopped using it for that reason, then the problem surfaced in AIDA64 Extreme after an update.
This did not work for me on my ASUS Z690-E motherboard. It did on my EVGA Z690 Dark. DIMM temperature and DIMM voltage are both missing on the ASUS motherboard.

I have tried unchecking other sensors as well, to no avail. The sensors used to be present and displayed in my Sensor Panel, but now DIMM voltage and DIMM temperature are both missing.
