I had a few days with recent Android 12 and OneUI 4.0. And, from one moment to another my device turned off and did not turn on again, it had turned off due to battery, it was the first time that my battery reaches less than 20%, I never let it go down.
It took a long time to turn it on. Then it powered on with only one option: format.
I had no choice but to accept it.
When I finished formatting, I no longer had Android 12 but 11, December 2021, until today.
It's been more than 3 months and I don't have any software update, I'm still on the December 2021 version.
What do I do?
