added simple frame

My first attempt at sensor panel. I used and modified gauges from Stupe9968. I used images from web for the cpu, ssd, and ram. I used msi dragon center for images of the mobo and gpu. Soon as I teach myslef how to use gimp ill do a border. It fits a 600 x 1024 panel.
