Never mind, I figured out what I did. I'm an idiot.

After updating to Aida version 6.88.6400 this morning, the sensor panel is showing my nVidia 3080 ti FE at 100% clock (1665 mhz) but I am not running anything that would cause that. Windows Task Manager shows 0% usage for the GPU. Rolled back nVidia drivers (that were also updated this morning) but no change. Possible problem with Aida itself?
