Are values in the app correct?

Hello,

I bought a TV Box android called Spider Red 60, it's good, but after installing a few apps, it has become slow. It says on the package that it has 4GB Ram and 64GB Storage. I used AIDA64 app to see its information, it shows that it has 2GB and about 16GB storage.

The system information shows that it has 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. What are the real Ram and Storage values for the box? Can the manufacture put fake values in the system storage information page?

Also your app shows:

5 GHz Band: not supported. But the TV box support it.

Regards,

It's possible that the amount of space shown by the specs is without the space needed to run the apps.

Every device uses an amount of space to make it run. My PC has 8GB of RAM but, it always uses 4GB to run. The rest is used for running the apps.

And for the 5GHz band.

Have you checked the settings? Does your device accept 5GHz? And is it checked? This means that the device is allowed to use the 5GHz band. If not, it will only use the 2,4GHz band.
