Why is my memory speed so slow? Octal is only dual speed?

That is very slow, did you try testing on other software to see if Aida64 is the problem? 
I'm getting very slow results on a Triple DDR4 I'm using on a secondary PC, on my main PC I usually get 87000MB/s on memory (Quad DDR4 3466).
