Whenever I import, the sensor panel size will change

I am using a 1920 x 480 sensor panel. However whenever I tried importing a sensor panel made for that size, it will automatically change to 2400 x 600. Anyone knows whats happening?

Just to add on, not just one but any sensor panel made for that size will get resized
