Max FPS

Sometimes when loading games my FPS counter will go to 4 digits(example 1239) and then it is too wide for the area it's showing in. But no game I have actually play's at that high of a frame rate. So it would be nice to be able to limit the FPS shown to a max of three digits, like 999.

Edit: Unless I make the readout really small, and with my old eye's if it gets too small I have difficulty, even with glasses.
