Shouldn't Microsoft Store apps be included?

After all, some of them are bundled with Win10/Win11, but even if they weren't, excluding them doesn't make sense.

With each new release I look through it thinking that I surely must be missing a way to do this (which should be on by default), but if so, it continues to elude me.

Microsoft Store apps have been around for something like a decade.
