Sensor reporting incorrect Resolution

Sensor panel resolution output is 2560x1140 when actual res is 3840x1100. Not sure why it's  showing as such? Scaling is at 100% to display on 3840x1100 monitor. Any ideas why it shows that way. The reported resolution doesn't even show in the GeForce display options?
