Files for AIDA64

Hello, is it possible to add a file application to the forum? native to the IPS engine.
Make categories there from each necessary section and subcategories for them in each section where there is a need for files.
For example
for AIDA64 themes - there people will publish their themes that they made either for a fee or for free.

P.S Just rummaging through every topic where there is a file to download is very tedious.
