RevJoe Posted Wednesday at 10:54 PM Posted Wednesday at 10:54 PM I been using Aida64 for while with a sensor display. I recently started playing around with the FanControl app from Remi Mercier, as I am trying to take proper control of my radiator fans for the GPU loop. My Asrock Z690 Tachi board does not see a GPU sensor for me to link the fan header I use for the radiator, so I either have to choose another temp source or set it to fan speed in bios. I was hoping to use fan control to do this. But I noticed my sensor display has issues when the fan control app is running. If it loads it does not update it shows static values at the time it loaded not current changing values. If I turn off fan control it displays fine. So I was wondering why the two are fighting over a simple sensor read. I am not using Aida to control anything. Is there some setting I am missing or do I need to just scrap my idea of using Fan Control to better control my GPU water loop fans. Quote
herbstgy Posted Thursday at 07:31 AM Posted Thursday at 07:31 AM Argus Monitor is better in every regard than FanControl. Not only it can work in parallel with Aida, but also can control your RGB hardware. Quote
