Aida64 Disk Benchmark and linear write + verify

I have windows 11 24H2. I want to check my USB flash card. I click the "Aida64 Disk Benchmark and linear write + verity" test, but the error "Fault Data integrity error at 0 MB! Test stopped", by trial and error I found out the following, the problem is only if the USB flash card is formatted in NTFS, BUT if the same USB flash card is formatted in exFAT, the test starts and runs normally. What is the problem? Can you tell me how to pass the "linear write + verity" test of a USB flash card formatted in Ntfs?
