Severe system lag Ryzen 9900x

Hello!

I'm a little worried after trying to test my system last night.

It's a new machine Ryzen 9900x, Aorus x870 elite motherboard, rx 9070 Steel Legend OC GPU, G.SKill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR5 6000MHz CL30 Desktop RAM, Thermalright Hypervision AIO. 

With every other stability test I've run it's passed with no problems, Prime95, OCCT, Cinebench24 etc., temp never goes over 80c and averages around 65-70c on full load for each program.

When I try to run Aida64 temps spike to 90-92c and I get severe system lag (Stress CPU, FPU, cache, system memory). I can't move my mouse without significant lag. Eventually I can stop test. I only have EXPO profile enabled in my BIOS.

This is the first time I've used Aida64 so it might be user error, but I thought I'd reach out regardless.
