Sensor panel not locked to selected screen on startup

I have tried multiple versions including the latest beta and when I restart my computer the sensor panel goes to the top left of display 1 which is a 2k main screen.  It should be going to the display 3 1920x480 8.8 inch screen.   I also have a display 2 which is a duplicate of my display 1.  Almost every time it goes to display 1 - very randomly it will show up on display 3.  

 

Please help - it worked fine with an older version I was using and had to upgrade and buy the newer version for 5080 support and it is driving me crazy.

I'd like to understand why this happens. About every other week, when I reboot, the sensor panel shows up on my main screen, stretched across the entire top portion.

When I launch AIDA64, the sensor panel covers everything I need to access in order to disable it. As a result, I have to open Task Manager and force-close the program, sometimes that works and other times i no option but to reboot. For now, I've disabled the sensor panel until I can find a solution to this issue.

Setting "Pin SM to monitor" to Disabled as suggested here worked for me.
