NIC keeps changing

Hi

I installed a new motherboard today. I had to change the NIC's in the LCD items to get them to show, as they changed numbers.

All was good until I rebooted, and the NIC changed again. In fact, the NIC changes every time I start up the PC, or have to reboot.

Any ideas on what might be happening?
