sometimes there is no display on pc and gpu fans goes to max speed along with that

title. monitor cable is fine along with pc temperature. i think my problem is with my psu and i want to know if this software could help me out to test few things so i can figue out what is my problem with my pc. btw when pc powerup and i get display all working fine i notice no problems.
