Greetings,

                 I just noticed that my GPU core voltage will display this behavior while pretty much in an idle state. I have the latest version of AIDA64. Does anyone know what could be causing this? I know it isn't physically doing so or I would assume I would be having video issues, which I am not at this moment. Here is a video link showing what I am talking about but at the time I was using HWinfo (I do not AIDA64 and HWinfo at the same time): https://imgur.com/gallery/wlEluMz
