CPU TEMP AMD 5900X

Super new to this and getting my feet wet. I am trying to get up general stuff, CPU/GPU Temp, CPU/GPU/RAM usage, etc. I am looking through the items options when creating a new item and CPU is not listed under temp and there is no temp options under CPU. Any help is appreciated,
