  1. Unfortunately that's not possible, CPU_Fan 1 is 4-Pin PWM contact and CPU_Fan2 is 3-Pin contact. Furthermore CPU_Fan1 can't be controlled via Software to adjust the fan speed (via SpeedFan for example), so I need to use CPU_Fan2 which can be controlled. According to the guys from ASRock it's a software problem on your side and CPU_Fan2 should be readable discretely as well (as it is in the UEFI) :/ Any chance to have it checked out again? If it's definitely not working because of some problems on the mainboard side, I'll contact the the ASRock support again (and if you need me to forward some information I'll gladly do that!). Thanks in advance!
  2. Hey guys, I was about to report an issue about this board and the CPU_Fan 2 header as well. Basically this is what I was going to ask about: However, I'm not using any other software next to AIDA64 for testing this, but it seems that AIDA64 can't read the RPM measurement signal of CPU_Fan2 at all (if CPU_Fan 1 isn't used). I got the same issue on speedfan, CPU_Fan2 can be software controlled there but it doesn't show the RPM measurement signal either. Any possible way to fix this, so the RPM measurement signal of CPU_Fan2 could be shown in AIDA? I assume there has to be a way, when I check the UEFI the RPM measurement signal is shown correctly there (and there are two different singnals for CPU_Fan1 and CPU_Fan2). Thanks in advance!
