Hello Aida64 community and Waveshare users,
I have the round Waveshare usb display screen 2.8inch on my CPU block.
I never imagined Aida64 would work on a usb display, because I assumed for Aida 64 you would need to have an actual display screen that shows as a secondairy screen in your display settings. If my waveshare usb display had the ability to be shown as an actual secondary display screen, that would mean I would have full control of the screen, I could use for example Wallpaper Engine on the Waveshare display and also apply Aida 64 sensor data on that screen. However, in real terms the Waveshare usb display is not seen as an actual secondary screen, it operates with its own software.
However, im not sure if the new Aida64 makes the Waveshare usb display into an actual secondary screen. If thats not the case, are there any limitation to how the Waveshare display can be used under Aida64, can I for example use gifs or mp4 videos or are those features limited to screens that function like an actual display for example through HDMI
