    But why rise under CPU load (under integrated GPU load no)? HWinfo too show this temperature.

    I have Gigabyte GA-MA78LMT-S2 mainboard. All diagnostic utils show two main temperatures (CPU and chipset). But only OCCT show third (80 °C). It's propably VRM / MOSFET temperature (because rise under CPU usage). Is possible Aida show this temperature too?
