  1. Windows 8.1, 64-bit ASUS Rampage IV Extreme, core i7-3930K, 64 GB RAM A pair of GeForce GTX 560 cards in SLI No external storage devices, main disk RAID0 2xSSD, second disk stripe set 2xSSD 1200W power supply (so no question about insufficiency there...)
  2. Both files there, and the correct size. I installed the trial version (leaving my registered version in place). I had it start the trial version as part of the installation. The stability test worked okay. Closed the trial version, copied my key over, restarted it. Stability test failed. Deleted key. Restarted trial version. Stability test failed. Uninstalled all versions. Reinstalled trial version. Stability test failed. Copied my key over to get back my real rights, stability test failed. Any ideas?
  3. Been there, done that. Had to do that in order to change overclocking to non-overclocking. No joy.
  4. Just auto-updated to AIDA64 4.20.2800. When starting the stress test with any of: CPU, FPU, or cache checked, the stress test fails immediately with Stability Test: Failed. The previous version of AIDA64 did not fail. FP95 runs successfully for hours, as does linx, and the Intel Processor Diagnostic. Normal configuration is a very mild overclock, but even running straight normal non-overclock stock shows the same behavior. Any hints for me?
  5. Version AIDA64 v2.50.2036 Beta CPU Type HexaCore Intel Core i7-3930K, 4250 MHz (34 x 125) Motherboard Name Asus Rampage IV Extreme (1 PCI-E x1, 5 PCI-E x16, 8 DDR3 DIMM, Audio, Gigabit LAN) Motherboard Chipset Intel Patsburg X79, Intel Sandy Bridge-E System Memory 65507 MB (DDR3-1600 DDR3 SDRAM) Storage: IDE Controller Asmedia 106x SATA Controller IDE Controller Asmedia 106x SATA Controller Storage Controller Intel® C600 Series Chipset SATA RAID Controller Disk Drive ATA ST2000DM001-9YN1 SCSI Disk Device (2000 GB, 7200 RPM, SATA-III) Disk Drive EPSON Storage USB Device Disk Drive Intel Raid 0 Volume SCSI Disk Device (212 GB) Disk Drive OCZ-VERTEX3 ATA Device (SATA-III) Disk Drive OCZ-VERTEX3 ATA Device (SATA-III) Optical Drive SAMSUNG DVDWBD SH-B083L SCSI CdRom Device (BD:8x, DVD+RW:16x/8x, DVD-RW:16x/6x, DVD-ROM:16x BD-ROM/DVD+RW/DVD-RW) Two SSD are connected to the Intel SATA controller, configured as RAID0 Two SSD are connected to the Asmedia SATA controller, configured as stripe set within Windows HD is connected to the Intel SATA controller. I do not have AIDA64 configured for automatic startup - as it seems to fight with the ASUS monitor/management software. When I start AIDA64, about 1 time in 3, it will hang at the RAID enumeration step. Once that happens, I cannot kill the task - even from task manager. Everything else in Windows seems to keep working, but AIDA64 hangs. I've had this problem since day 1 with AIDA64 on this motherboard - going back several revisions of AIDA64. Any ideas for me? report.htm
