  1. Hola gente. In the lang file in TXT from visual studio code, and I see there are unrecognizable characters - the characters are typical of the Spanish language, such as accents and the letter Ñ, this is due to incorrect character encoding, and I would like to know if AIDA supports Unicode UTF-8 BOM encoding. I am also correcting the translation file.
  2. Just for that I ask, for technical reasons, to really know the detail of the problem, such as the problem I am having on my external hard drive, failed self-test per read element and SMART data: ID Descripcin de atributos Intervalo Valor Peor Datos Estado 01 Raw Read Error Rate 51 100 100 62598 OK: el valor es normal 02 Throughput Performance 0 252 252 0 OK: siempre pasa 03 Spinup Time 25 82 56 5741 OK: el valor es normal 04 Start/Stop Count 0 77 77 23535 OK: siempre pasa 05 Reallocated Sector Count 10 252 252 0 OK: el valor es normal 07 Seek Error Rate 51 252 252 0 OK: el valor es normal 08 Seek Time Performance 15 252 252 0 OK: el valor es normal 09 Power-On Time Count 0 100 100 10008 OK: siempre pasa 0A Spinup Retry Count 51 252 252 0 OK: el valor es normal 0B Calibration Retry Count 0 100 100 16 OK: siempre pasa 0C Power Cycle Count 0 76 76 25102 OK: siempre pasa BF Mechanical Shock 0 100 100 25 OK: siempre pasa C0 Power-Off Retract Count 0 252 252 0 OK: siempre pasa C2 Temperature 0 64 54 47, 8, 21 OK: siempre pasa C3 Hardware ECC Recovered 0 100 100 0 OK: siempre pasa C4 Reallocation Event Count 0 252 252 0 OK: siempre pasa C5 Current Pending Sector Count 0 100 98 1 OK: siempre pasa C6 Offline Uncorrectable Sector Count 0 252 252 0 OK: siempre pasa C7 Ultra ATA CRC Error Rate 0 200 200 0 OK: siempre pasa C8 Write Error Rate 0 100 99 502209 OK: siempre pasa DF Load/Unload Retry Count 0 100 100 16 OK: siempre pasa E1 Load/Unload Cycle Count 0 85 85 154006 OK: siempre pasa Everything seems normal except in C5 (197), the hard disk has defective sectors that I have repaired, however the remapped sectors become unreadable, they break again, so I conclude that the read head is failing when reading / writing. The link to WikiFixes is clean on Virustotal, only is Suspicious on ESET.
  3. Hi gentlemen, it would be nice to consider updating statistical data on SMART attributes of storage devices. both for English and for all available languages, with the following characteristics: ID Hex Attribute Name Better Condition Full Description of Attribute The data can be obtained from the following links: [[[ ... links removed ... ]]] They are also available for German and French. In this way you can take advantage of the space of the information area of the disk and have a detail of the problem in the storage units. My Cordial Grettings.
