Also in the Aida64 preferences, you have to tick off the RTSS box in the External Applications Tab. FPS will show 0 until you play a game then it will start logging

RTSS sensor is used with conjunction with Riva Tuner software to get your FPS to display. it comes with Unigine Superposition or you can install it separately and has to be running.

It looks like he used two GoPro (Action Camera) 3M mounts to glue them to his monitor and the small LCD display.
