I know it's been awhile since these images were posted and it's possible that you have already shared the sensorpanel files, but just in case you haven't...... would you?

Hey Drop, Is there a guide somewhere on how to do this? I want to try and move around some of the elements on themanonthemoons material design big bars sensor panel. it is only 120p too big for me (I need 1080x1920 and his is 1200x1920).I might be able to make it work, but not sure if it would be possible. Do you know where there may be a guide for this? or Even combining 2 sensor panels possible? because I did find someone that has already modified it to fit in 1080x1920. But it doesnt have VRM temperatures like the original one does. I would really like to have this information as NVIDIA RTX 3000 founders editions tend to run really hot VRM temperatures. I would like to know when I should go in and repaste my GPU

What I would do first is go to C:/Program Files(x86)/FinalWire/AIDA64 Extreme/SensorPanel in File Explorer.  Delete all the files in that folder, but NOT the folder itself.  Then load up the sensor panel you want to change.  What that does is de-compact the graphics contained in the sensorpanel file.  Now make a folder somewhere on your desktop and copy these files to it.  Using Photoshop or Paint or some other graphics program, you should be able to resize the building block images for the gauges and possibly the other graphic images used now.

Do a Youtube search for creating AIDA64 sensorpanels.  There's several, but you may have to wade through some duds first.  Even older ones will give you a feel for the process though.   With the original sensorpanel loaded, right click on it to bring up the context menu, select sensorpanel manager.  Highlight an (each -NOT) item and then click on the modify button.  That will bring up the edit window.   It contains all the pertinent settings and location in the panel for that item.   You'll need that info to recreate the gauges/textboxs etc.  I wouldn't make any changes to the original sensorpanel, only on a copy.

can somebody help me out  trying to resize but cant seem to do it. just want the sensor panel to fit the side of the screen , not the top of it since i am using wallpaper engine. i have a 515 X1920 Screen portriat.

    977400454_customsensorpanel.sensorpanel 2.53 MB · 2 downloads

Usually it's no simple matter to resize a sensorpanel.  In effect you will have to recreate the original sensorpanel for the design specs of the display panel you want to use.  ie recreate and/or resize each element of the original sensorpanel into a new container sensorpanel.    I don't think there is a way to just copy elements from one sensorpanel to another.   And unfortunately you can't actually resize a gauge,  just the component parts, which then can be rebuilt into a different sized gauge.

Unless the original sensorpanel is very simple, you are talking at least a couple hours work if not more.   It's definitely a learning experience.  If the size of the text labels/gauges/graphs etc are okay and you just need to move them to a different location in the sensorpanel try this.  Hide all elements in the sensorpanel manager.  Then one by one unhide and change the x/y position of each element for the location you want or that it will fit.  It's tedious, but you will learn a whole lot.

  4. I'm back..............

Seriously though, i do have another Hyte Y60 515x1920 friendly sensorpanel to show.  I still have some ideas about this and may make some changes still.  But it's time to be a little scared.........  :)

I loved miishb79 gauges from his miishb79 Black.sensorpanel posting and kept looking for a way to incorporate them into one of my designs.  I'm not sure if he created them or borrowed them from someone else's sensorpanel.  But that was the first time I remember seeing them.   Some of the other parts I borrowed from ExMachina2049 sensorpanel.

As before you are free to modify or use in your own, but please do not try to sell any part of this sensorpanel.   If only because of possible copyright issues.  Personal usage should be okay.

    Hi Mate

I actually contacted the forum moderator about this as we had some individuals getting quite aggressive towards some of the members that do paid work. They advised that there is no issue with these members advertising panels for sale, there is nothing rule wise which states they cant.

The majority of these members over the years have posted and shared numerous custom panels only to have others then post as their own and even sell on websites. I can understand why they no longer want to share the files. Some every so often will share a file or two, but i dont begrudge them posting images of their custom work as it gives me and probably others ideas for our own designs.

Which is why I indicated that those who only wanted to post their static image with no sensorpanels files is fine.  Hey they are sharing in a fashion.  :)  The issue I have is the aggressive posting with demands for compensation for their work(essentially ads) in a topic that is about sharing individual's works for the pleasure and use of all.   That effectively defeats the stated purpose of the topic.  :(

I'm sorry they didn't get proper credit for their creations.  They should have, and they have every right to be compensated for their time and knowledge when someone asks them to create or modify something for them.  I learned from some of their early works as well.  But claiming past wrongs to justify this current wrong doesn't make it right.

It is a issue that has been raised once or twice at least over the life of the forum topic.  Rules don't exist until they are made.   If the forum administrators want this topic to survive as intended then maybe it's time to change the rules to stop the commercialization before it gets out of hand.

Right now there's only three or four, but there is an automatic creeping factor built in that if this is allowed to continue will fill up the topic with for sale ads and little to nothing more.  I've looked at earlier parts of this forum topic and saw those complaints for people who posted for sale ads.  At that time there was only one or two members selling.  Now we are at three or four or more.   You can't have a vibrant sharing sensorpanel topic if most of the posts are for sale ads.  :(

I'll continue to post my creations as I explore and learn so that others who come after me have something to learn from.  I'll make every reasonable effort to credit work I borrow from.   At least until the topic fills up with sales ads and nothing more.

  6. I love this forum topic.  I've learned so much over the last two years or so of membership.  Thank you all who have posted not only an image of your creations, but loadable files and source files of your creations.  Some of you have even gone the extra mile and given tips and examples to us noobs.  You have truely taken the name of this forum topic to heart 'Share your SensorPanel'.

I have no intention of turning into the topic police force, but I do have some things to put out to the community.   I also don't want to turn this into a debate topic either.  Please don't take offense.  That is not my intention.  All I can do is suggest and request politely.  I can't make anyone do anything.

I want to encourage those posters to include their sensorpanel and supporting files if possible in the same post, at least the font files if you use non-Windows 7/10/11 standard fonts.  Also please state the resolution of your panel.  While sadly some only post a static image of their creation, I understand and they have every right to do so.  That static image alone can inspire us.  Please state in your post that you chose not to release the sensorpanel or source files.  That should stop pointless multiple request posts and keep straggling posts to a minimum.

For those panels that don't fit your display and you want the poster to resize/re-orientate, please contact the poster privately.  You are in effect asking them to do contract work and that is a private matter anyway.  If you and the author want to then post the new size/re-orientated panel, please do.  Which leads me to the meat of this post.

Lately I've started seeing a disturbing trend that is now beginning to be an irritation.  There are several individuals now posting on a daily basis, sometimes more than daily, essentially sales ads for their already created sensorpanels or contract work for creating custom panels.  While there is a legitimate need for their services by some and they have every right to charge for their knowledge or talent, this is not the forum topic for that.

At currently 370 pages for this topic, two to five sales posts a day can only make a huge forum topic even less friendly for a new comers and veterans alike and violates the spirit and letter of the name of the topic.  Right now it appears three of the four top posters are directly engaging in commercially advertising their panels or contract work with two of them only posting sales ads.

Understand I am not promoting 'stealing' someone else's work, giving no credit and claiming it's yours for reputation or profit.  That is just WRONG.  But if you choose to go commercial, don't flood a free sharing and learning source site with your sales posts.  That's wrong too.  More appropriate I think is a new forum topic that specifically provides a forum for your offers.  Please contact the forum administrators to initiate such a topic.

IS IT REALLY SO HARD TO JUST GET A FEW QUESTIONS ANSWERED ON HERE ANYMORE?????????

I haven't worked on this in quite a while. But the screen I got was 1920x720, so I needed to resize everything to get it to fit, which not only took a lot of time, but I also found that there are now a lot of sensors missing that were there previously. I finally have everything sized properly, and now have some final questions about AIDA64 not including certain sensors that all seemed to be there before. One more note, I updated my processor, mobo and memory, as well as doing the resize. But I went into each setting and tried to redo the sensors on the new components, and they either weren't there, or aren't working.

First, I am wondering why I do not see a CPU Diode anymore, so that I can have the temp of my cpu shown???

Second, the cpu clock value constantly shows weird lower values of 950-1140mhz, even when I run a benchmark, where it is actually at 5800mhz, or never any lower than 4000mhz... So why would this be happening?Third, I ONLY see fans for the GPU, when I actually have fifteen fans inside my system. So I'm not sure why that is all weird now, either. However, it's not a sensor problem in my computer, as HWiNFO64 reads EVERYTHING perfectly well, and so do a few other hardware monitors. So things are working perfectly well in my sys setup, it's some problem with AIDA64 Extreme. One last thing, IF anyone knows how to "center justify the time" that would be great, so that the colon stays centered, and it doesn't jump all over the place when numbers change, like it is now. There should be a way to keep the center of the clock static, and only the outside edges change when numbers change. But right now, it jumps from right to left every time the numbers change. Killing my OCD... Lol.

Outside of those few things though, everything else seems to be working well, and looks nice. Thanks for any help, anyone can provide me in trouble shooting those last few things. Cheers!

You said it:  "One more note, I updated my processor, mobo and memory, as well as doing the resize. But I went into each setting and tried to redo the sensors on the new components, and they either weren't there, or aren't working."

Every PC hardware combination has it's own unique set of sensors.  So when you changed the individual parts of your hardware setup,  you may have lost the ability to read those old sensors because they no longer exist on the new hardware or they may have simply changed names.

  9. I decided to add four more Hyte Y60 friendly 515x1920 sensorpanels.   You will need to mod them to fit your specific hardware setup, and you are free to aesthetically mod them to your content.  Please do not sell them or variations of them.  If for no other reason than there are possible copyright issues.  I think that personal use is okay.

I want to give credit to ExMachina who posted his sensor panel ExMachina2049 that I have based my versions on.  Excellent work.   I also want to thank all others for their help in learning how to do these panels, even if they didn't know it at the time.

This time I wanted to pay homage to a game I've been playing over the last year or so and one new one I started playing just a few months ago.

I want to credit several people for their contributions that allowed me to make these panels.  First ExMachina posted his sensor panel ExMachina2049 that I have based my versions on.  Excellent work.  Also Mice007 authored a rather unique gauge that I used in TWD_01-10-2023.sensorpanel.  It was a gauge used in a sensor panel by Atreax called ben_setup_itREUMBRELLAS that helped make my sensor panel work.   I also want to thank all others for their help in learning how to do these panels, even if they didn't know it at the time.
