    I found this online: https://github.com/mathoudebine/turing-smart-screen-python The script provides everything you need to push images and text on the display. Hopefully it can help to understand how the display communicates with the pc. From the hardware ID provided in posts above I can conclude it is the same 3.5 display. Seems it is an entire class of displays with similar communications chip functioning over COM port. Hope it helps. I have the same display. Best wishes, Ivan
