I have the same issue from time to time. I just tried in windows setting 'personalization' 'taskbar' try show taskbar and taskbar where window is open. In aida64 check sensor panel always on top and lock position. If that don't work just uncheck show taskbar on all monitors.

Taped off the size first, marked it. then I used my dremel with the cutoff tool to near exact size, then a file for precision.

Newly added screen to side of pc case, 400x1280 lcd from waveshare. Used custom created Fallout theme with Photoshop and Fallout 4 game assets. The rad gauges fill every 7.5 degrees F to mimic the games gauge. Vault-boy animations change every 1/16 stage along with temp color, blue-green-yellow-orange-red. Both are tied to the same CPU or GPU temp setting. Any Vault-boy gif could be used. RAM gauge was designed to look like control panel bulbs lighting up. It really popped when I added the glow and glassy effect to the indicators. If anyone would like to use this I will send a zip file with the assets, just email me for them, ericfoster357@yahoo.com

Can anyone explain why when I import one of my saved sensorpanel files, it 1) switches all custom gauges to a particular one and 2) it creates that gauges png files in the aida64 directory. It's really annoying because I have to load each gauges custom png files if I ever switch the saved sensorpanel designs.

I pieced the ROG logo into the background image with a fade. The gauges were actually part of the background image. I cut and tweaked them a bit, then added them where I wanted. Yellow color was added for the levels. I tried to make them blend in so they look like part of the background. Used on a 5 inch LCD that is mounted into the front of my tower.
