Hello, Adding to this thread as I am also not seeing chipset/PCH temperatures in AIDA64 Extreme either. The temps do not show in v6.75.6100 and per this thread I upgraded to v6.75.6134 (beta) and the chipset temperature is still not showing. My motherboard is a Asus Z690-G Gaming Wifi and posted below is a screenshot of the sensors tab. Also, I checked because of the thread, am not seeing 'DIMM' as a listed value under Voltage sensors, instead in the same location as the screen shot above I have a sensor called 'VDD' and its value matches what Armory crate labels as Memory Controller Voltage. Let me know if there is anything I can add to help diagnose/test. .
