Can't seem to get AIDA64 running on 3.5in IPS Display?

I've installed libusb0 v1.2.6.0 via Zadig and getting Error: USB device not found. I've also tried installing the recommended Samsung_Spf file via device manager but get "not a compatable software driver for device"
