Asus Z790 Extreme VID Showing 0.00V and CPU L2 Voltage shown is not correct neither is VDD

Not sure if this is a bug but current version of AIDA64 shows incorrect CPU L2 voltage and VDD, CPU VID often shows 0.00V however HwInfo64 shows all of them correctly.

CPU is 13900KS on Asus ROG Z790 Extreme board.
