Help with custom graphs

I am trying to make a custom graph with a  gauge that gets longer to the left when FPS goes up and shrinks to the right as FPS goes down, like this

I can do it if Aida64 can right justify custom gauges. Is there any way to do that?

You can just create a .png with transparency, and make the bar shorter on each frame.
