I got a warning triangle on this

05 Reallocated Sector Count 10 100 100 1 OK: Wert ist normal

what does this mean and is it dangerous? Do I have to buy a new harddisk?

it means one or more of the sectors on your drive has been reallocated to one of the spare sectors on the disk edge due to multiple read/write errors.

Depending on the nature of the fault, if logical it can be repaired by zero filling and chkdsking the drive with (the sector counter will never reset), however if it is a physical fault, it may result in more reallocated sectors and eventual failure.
