Telephony report shows incorrect Phone Type ➡️ GSM, instead of 4G LTE on some (if not all) phone brands and models. That's a flaw, that similar apps don't suffer from.

GSM includes 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G.  Network type will indicate the actual network the phone is connected to.
