Hello, I have a question. I want to see the system file parameters and there is a black screen on every item. Why is it like that? My girlfriend can see the system file parameters but I can't. I'm asking for help because I suspect that my phone has been hacked.

Maybe your phone has a newer Android release that prevents access to system files.

Hello and thank you for your answer. That's why I'm asking because on my previous phone, the old version of Android, Samsung j6, Android version 10, I was hacked with the CISCO Manager phone program and there I couldn't see the system parameters, and on other phones with even newer Android, the parameters of the system applications were displayed. And that's why I suspect that this phone is also hacked, do you know this CISCO Manager phone program for spying, please help 🙏

Dlatego pytam, ponieważ na moim poprzednim telefonie, starej wersji Androida, Samsung j6, Android wersja 10, zostałem zhakowany programem CISCO Manager phone i tam nie mogłem zobaczyć parametrów systemowych, a na innych telefonach z jeszcze nowszym Androidem wyświetlały się parametry aplikacji systemowych. I dlatego podejrzewam, że ten telefon jest również zhakowany, czy znasz ten program CISCO Manager phone do szpiegowania, proszę o pomoc 🙏
