5.99 works perfectly on MSI Z270 Tomahawk
Newer versions crash with PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
Only when closing AIDA64 with OSD enabled
Happens on both Windows 10 and Windows 11
Latest BIOS installed
