CPU Throttling Detected - Should I be worried?

I recently changed an i5 9400f to an i7 9700 kf, cooled by a Cooler Master i71c.

 

Already after opening aida64 you see a message about CPU Throttling but in 0%

 

Should I stop using inmediatly my PC and wait until I upgrade my cooling solution?
