Adding RAM temperature readings to the Lamptron HC070 sensor panel?

I was really hoping to be able to add RAM temperatures to the HC070 monitor panel.

It displays in Aida64 but it doesn't appear in the menu when I try to add it to the sensor panel.

Is there a way to add it...?...or maybe to create a RAM temperature sensor item?

Edit: My bad; I was looking at HWMonitorx64, not AIDA64 

I'm guessing AIDA64 doesn't read RAM temps.

have you got dimm sensors enabled in the aida preferences menu ? like this
